Switchboard is looking for a Developer Relations Engineer to empower builders in the Web3 ecosystem. If you’re passionate about blockchain tech, love helping developers, and can bridge the gap between code and community, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Support developers integrating with the Switchboard protocol.
- Maintain and improve developer docs, tutorials, and guides.
- Engage with the community on Discord, GitHub, and live events.
- Collaborate with engineering to fix bugs and enhance the ecosystem.
- Represent Switchboard at developer meetups and online events.
What You’ll Bring:
- 3+ years in software engineering, with 1–2 years in Web3.
- Experience with Solana, Rust, and smart contracts (must have shipped a Solana project).
- Working knowledge of EVM chains like Ethereum or Polygon.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools (Docker, CI/CD, AWS, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills and a knack for creating developer-facing content.
