The Federal University of Technology, Owerri (FUTO) has officially released its Supplementary Post UTME screening form for the 2025/2026 academic session. This form is for candidates who meet the minimum requirements but were not admitted in the first batch or wish to apply for alternative programmes with available slots.
Who Is Eligible?
To apply, candidates must:
- Have chosen FUTO as first choice in the 2025 UTME
- Have scored at least 160 in the UTME
- Have uploaded their O’Level results to JAMB CAPS
- Not yet been offered admission in the merit list
- Be willing to switch to programmes with available vacancies
Available Programmes
Supplementary admission is open in select departments across:
- School of Biological Sciences
- School of Physical Sciences
- School of Environmental Sciences
- School of Management and Information Technology
- School of Agriculture and Agricultural Technology
- School of Health Technology
Candidates are advised to confirm available departments and cut-off marks on the FUTO portal before applying.
Application Procedure
- Visit the FUTO portal: https://futo.edu.ng
- Click on “Supplementary Admission 2025/2026”
- Enter your JAMB registration number to begin
- Pay the ₦11,000 application fee via Remita or other approved channels
- Fill out the application form and select a preferred course from available options
- Upload your O’Level result, passport photograph, and other required documents
- Print your Application Summary Slip for reference

- Deadline: October 17, 2025
Late applications will not be accepted. Candidates are advised to apply early and ensure all details are accurate.
