Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and improving both front-end and back-end applications.
You will work collaboratively with developers, designers, and project stakeholders—translating ideas into scalable solutions while ensuring timely, efficient, and high-quality delivery.
As part of the Smash Technology team, you will be at the forefront of innovation, contributing to impactful projects across diverse industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain front-end and back-end applications.
- Collaborate with designers and team leads to translate UI/UX designs into functional applications.
- Integrate APIs and third-party services into web and mobile applications.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of designs and project requirements.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and upgrade existing systems.
- Contribute to product design discussions, bringing fresh ideas and solutions to the table.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Strong back-end development experience with Node.js, Python, PHP, Java, or .NET.
- Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab).
- Ability to work collaboratively, follow instructions from team leads, and deliver on schedule.
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
