GrowthAssistant is on the lookout for a Digital Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to join our fully remote team. This role is perfect for someone whose creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable using modern tools like ChatGPT and Canva to bring ideas to life.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Drafting and publishing engaging short-form content for LinkedIn and Twitter/X (with the help of AI tools when needed).
- Managing multiple social channels while keeping our brand’s tone and personality consistent.
- Engaging with our community, monitoring comments, liking, sharing, and sparking conversations.
- Organizing and maintaining a content calendar to ensure steady, timely posting.
- Designing simple but impactful visuals (infographics, slides, carousels) with Canva, Gamma, or AI art tools.
- Tracking post performance in Google Sheets or simple analytics tools.
- Assisting with outreach, following up with leads via LinkedIn/X or email platforms.
- Summarizing engagement results and building useful lead lists for campaigns.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience managing professional social media accounts (especially LinkedIn & Twitter/X).
- Strong writing skills: you know how to keep it concise, engaging, and adaptable.
- Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT to draft or polish content.
- Proficiency with Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
- Excellent written English and sharp attention to detail.
- A self-starter who is reliable, responsive, and thrives in an async remote work environment.
- Available to work EST hours.
Nice-to-Have
- Familiarity with Canva, Gamma, or AI-powered design platforms.
- Experience with LinkedIn automation tools.
- Knowledge of outbound lead engagement.
- Light CRM or data tracking experience.
- Ability to capture and replicate a founder’s unique voice online.
