Job Summary

We are seeking proactive, responsible, and motivated individuals to join our team as Station Officers.

The role primarily involves assisting the Outlet Manager in the smooth coordination of daily station operations, while maintaining strict compliance with cash control policies, inventory procedures, and safety standards.

The ideal candidate will also play an active role in driving sales performance, ensuring excellent customer service delivery, and resolving customer concerns as the first point of contact.

Key Responsibilities

As a Station Officer, you will:

  • Assist the Outlet Manager in coordinating all aspects of daily station operations.
  • Assign, schedule, and monitor the tasks of station attendants to ensure efficiency.
  • Conduct daily safety drills to ensure all personnel comply with health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain accurate inventory control of materials, items, and products.
  • Supervise daily product discharge operations, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
  • Enforce accurate cash control policies, including timely evacuation of cash from attendants at agreed intervals.
  • Ensure strict adherence to the company’s product discharge manuals and procedures.
  • Prepare and submit daily opening and closing stock-taking reports.
  • Support the Outlet Manager in ensuring that both individual and unit sales targets are consistently achieved and exceeded.
  • Foster a customer-first culture by promptly addressing and resolving customer queries.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum of NCE, OND, HND, B.Sc., or M.Sc. from a recognized institution.
  • Must demonstrate strong organizational, supervisory, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Must be proactive, reliable, and committed to achieving results.
